Crafted from 28mm slow-grown spruce, which is kiln-dried for durability, this summer room features double doors and a two-way opening window, all double glazed for insulation and comfort. Plus, take advantage of our same-day service for swift installation.
To get started, simply send us a video of the potential position where you’d like to place your summer room, and we’ll provide you with a comprehensive cost estimate for site preparation. Typically, minimal additional costs are required, mostly just a few concrete slabs or similar.

We can also provide you with insulated sub-bases like in some of the images. Those buildings are relatively easy to self build but we definitely suggest confident diy+ skills are required. There are a variety of board dimensions available. This one is built just of the M6 at Sandbach and its a 44mm board..
It’s 6×4 on a insulated sub base 8 metres long for an extra deck area to be fitted… Ground work is not included, all that’s needed is a flat firm base and we would require a good quality video or depending on where it is we would do a site visit.
